Join our team at Harvest Animal Feeds, a family run Animal Food & Pet Supplies Business based in Darwen.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Assisting customers, both in the shop and over telephone, with sales and advice
- Serving customers, using computerised till
- Loading customer's cars
- Delivering orders to customer's homes
- Loading/unloading deliveries
- Cash & Carry order & collection

**Skills Needed**:

- Clean Driving Licence Essential
- Must be honest, trustworthy and hard working and able to work as part of a team.
- Sales/shop experience
- Friendly, helpful attitude
- Lifting is an essential part of the job

**Day to Day**

You'll be involved in everything from dealing with enquiries, loading and unloading deliveries for customers and wholesalers, ensuring that the shelves are fully stocked with well-presented products. And, of course, you'll provide excellent customer service at all times by attending to customer needs in a prompt and friendly way. There's always plenty to do and we all get on with doing it to get the job done

Product training will be provided

**Working Hours**

2 Week Work Pattern

Week 1 Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm with 30 minutes unpaid lunch

Week 2 Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 9am to 5:30pm
plus Saturday 9am to 5:00pm with 30 minutes unpaid lunch

Full time hours: 40 per week
