Established for over 35 years and now one of the North West’s leading **Engineering **companies, WEC is looking to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic **Van Driver** to join our busy and expanding team based in Darwen, Lancs.

**Responsibilities**
- Undertake local deliveries generally within 50 miles with regular repeat visits for subcontract ops in a 7.5 ton sprinter vehicle.
- Take responsibility for strapping and maintaining the load.
- Presentable when delivering goods and able to communicate effectively.
- Obtaining all necessary signatures and control of paperwork back to head office.
- Filling in correct driver manifest charts each morning.

**Knowledge, Skills, Experience**

**Essential**
- Must be over 25 for insurance with no more than 3 points
- Held a driving license for a minimum of 5 years

**Preferred but not Essential**
- Clean license
- Fork lift license

**Working Location/Environment**

Darwen, Lancashire
