Administrator Inbound Delivery Processing

On behalf of **Nationwide,** AMS are seeking an **Administrator** for a **3 month contract initially, with review every 3 months and the possibility of extension**, working within **Nationwide House, Swindon.**

**What you’ll be doing**
As a vital member of the **Post Room** team, you will be responsible for handling a large inbound mail delivery - verifying, scanning and keying delivery into the system. You will also provide support to the wider inbound group of teams.

What’s the **essential** and **measurable** experience and skills required to do this job?
- Previous administration experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience of mail room / postal services would be beneficial.
- Interacting with stakeholders, departments and other NBS employees
- IT Competency
- Can work well in a team under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

- Hourly rate: £12.00 per hour
- Total hours: 35
- Working schedule: Monday - Friday 8am -4pm with 1 hour break
- Start date: Immediate start (Pre engagement vetting dependent)
