**Sales Administrator**

**My client is a creative, established, and award-winning family-run business, based in Craigavon, who are currently seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join their team.**

This is a Full-Time, 9-month contract to cover Maternity Leave.

Working hours: Monday to Friday: 9am-5.30pm

With a salary of £22,000 per annum

**Job Role**:
As Sales Administrator you will be responsible for assisting the Senior Sales Administrator in sales order processing, despatch/logistics, delivery reporting and maintenance of customer records.

**Essential Criteria**:

- 1+ years Sales Administration experience
- Highly computer literate with advanced level knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office packages
- Experience gained within an Admin/Sales Admin Department in the FMCG industry would be advantageous but not essential
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team
- Ability to manage and organise your workload with proven ability to multi-task within a fast-moving environment

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Set up Customer Accounts
- Timely processing, despatching, and invoicing of sales orders for designated territory and web sales
- Daily processing of van sales deliveries and facilitating stock replenishment as required
- Liaison with Stock Control team to ensure in full
- and on-time despatch of sales orders
- Customer Service Management - maintaining required levels of courteous communication with customers with regards to updating systems and order fulfilment
- Liaison with Procurement department on goods in and arrangement of haulage as required
- Liaison with haulage companies to arrange goods out
- Implementation of specific booking in procedures for key accounts
- Negotiation of cost-effective haulage rates while ensuring reliability with objective of all goods being delivered in full and on time
- Production of month end sales reports and Aged Debt Analysis in line with timetable
- Ensure effective Credit Control processes are in place to allow for timely collection of all customer payments
- Follow up and closure of customer queries on a timely basis, where necessary Director sign off and production of credit notes and receipt of outstanding payments for month end
- Maintaining of customer records including scanning and indexing of sales order and delivery paper trail for audit purposes
- Liaison with Key Account Managers and Field based sales team to ensure high levels of customer service
- Providing Reception cover, answering telephone queries and taking telephone orders and messages for prompt follow up
- Any other duties for designated territory as required to fulfil the company needs
