Sales Ledger Administrator

As Sales Ledger Administrator/Accounts Administrator you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of customer jobs, pricing, providing delivery schedules, producing invoices, and handling various administrative tasks related to Sales function within our Groupage operation
**Some of the duties will include**:
Ensuring that customer accounts are accurately and efficiently processed, meeting their specific requirements and schedules.
Keeping all TMS data up to date daily.
Creating invoices/credit notes and handling correspondence accurately.
Running daily/weekly reports
Effectively communicating with customers, internal and external stakeholders, to address queries, and ensure completeness.
Maintaining organised filing systems for all documentation to track and manage jobs, invoices, and delivery schedules.
**You will need**:
At least three years of Administration experience, including two years in a similar sales role.
Working knowledge of logistics systems.
Knowledge of Sage Accounts.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel, Outlook, and other relevant software.
Keen eye for detail.
Exceptional time management skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work well with others in a team.
Proven ability to manage deadlines effectively.
**An industry leading salary is on offer**
Working Hours 8 hours per day between the hours of 8am & 5.30pm so for example can start at 8am and finish at 4pm or do 9am to 5pm etc

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
