RLM is seeking an experienced gardener to work in the villages surrounding Stockbridge and Andover.

RLM works to a high standard and maintains beautiful gardens with a wide variety of plants in Winchester, Andover, and Romsey. We are looking for an experienced gardener with good all round plant knowledge and the ability to excel maintaining large gardens and plantings with good speed. In turn we will help you continue to develop into a more versatile and knowledgeable gardener, liaising with clients to form and implement your own ideas. These are skills which will enable you to move into almost any horticultural career path.

**Experience**:

- A Full UK driving licence is essential, preferably clean.
- At least 1 years professional garden maintenance experience is required (5 years desirable for the top salary)
- Confident when working with commonly found garden plants.
- Confident with associated machinery.
- A positive individual with a good initiative.
- A good awareness when working within a green space.
- Capable of problem-solving.
- Keen to work hard, fast and effectively.

**A day at RLM**:
Our working schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:30-16:30, (with overtime available) where a normal day consists of working in 1 to 3 locations (in close proximity to one another). Our day-to-day duties include maintaining private gardens and all associated assets of RLM while working together with clients and team members alike. The grounds we work on vary in size and formality; most are managed by us, and others are maintained as requested by the client. Initially you will work alongside a highly experienced, and qualified gardener. Once settled you will be given the opportunity to work alone if you desire to do so.

**Progression**:
You will be encouraged to use your previous experience to help us manage our existing portfolio. You will be given the opportunity to recruit and build your own team and further your portfolio.

**Wage**:
We are offering up to £30,000 per annum (37.5 hours a week).

You may be offered a higher wage (pro-rata) as a contractor.
