We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Gardener to join our team on an historic Grade II listed landscape within a privately owned country estate in Hampshire with its own adjacent organic farm.

We are seeking a motivated and positive person, capable of working happily on their own and also as a valued part of the larger team.

Competitive Salary DOE

Working hours Monday - Friday 8am-5pm

Duties include taking care of
- Historic formal gardens, contemporary landscape and walled kitchen garden

Orchids and other house plants

Propagating, planting, growing of produce and cut flowers

Orchard trees and wildflower meadows

Care of animals on the estate (not the farm)

Plant research, design and planning

General gardening duties

General estate duties as needed

Note: We are already organic and we are increasingly moving to regenerative practices.

**Salary**: £27,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
