It is an exciting time to be joining Dynex as we are in a significant period of growth with exciting projects ahead of us, which you can be part of. We are looking for an **Operations Coordinator** to join our growing team in Lincoln.
**THE OPPORTUNITY**
The role will include but not limited to:
- Assisting the CEO and SMT with documentation related to leadership and management team meetings, ensuring timely distribution and follow-up on decisions and actions.
- Engaging in policy-level discussions regarding company strategy, procurement, and other key initiatives.
- Consistently update the CEO and SMT on the operational progress of key projects and address significant operational challenges, ensuring transparency and timely information flow.
- Preparing reports and presentations for the CEO and SMT on major projects, highlighting progress and challenges.
- Facilitate the delivery of decisions or updates on critical or urgent issues between the CEO, SMT, and all relevant departments.
- Communicate with stakeholders, partners, and customers on specific issues as directed by the CEO or SMT.
- Assist in streamlining operational tasks to maintain focus on critical activities and prevent oversight during periods of high workload.
**WORKING HOURS**
The working hours for this position are as follows:
Monday - Thursday: 08.30am - 4.30pm (30-minute unpaid lunch break)
Friday: 08.30am - 2.00pm (No break)
(Total: 35.5hrs)
**ABOUT YOU**
- Strong operational focus.
- Proven track record in supporting senior management.
- Experience working in an electrical/electronic industry would be advantageous.
- Technical background and awareness of electronic/electrical industries.
- Strong organisational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
