An opportunity has arisen at one of our sites in the Together Trust Ashcroft, SK8 1JE

Hours of work are Monday to Friday:
14:30- 19:00 ( locking up incl.)

**As a Cleaning Supervisor you will be responsible for**:

- The supervision of all cleaning staff focussing on their performance in terms of standards of cleanliness and their behaviour whilst on duty
- Ensuring that a first class cleaning service is delivered to all areas of the three buildings.
- Staff performance reviews
- Organising work schedules
- Ordering of cleaning materials
- Monitoring of all cleaning activities
- Ensuring all staff are aware of the Health and Safety policies and procedures
- Previous experience in a cleaning environment
- Previous experience of supervising a team
- The ability to implement and adhere to standards and procedures
- Good interpersonal skills
- BICs cleaning qualification or equivalent is also desirable, but not essential

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 22.5 per week

- Cheadle: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Cleaning Supervisor: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Enhanced DBS (required)
