Relationship Support Officer

This position's primary duties will be to manage the current base of important customer connections and give relationship managers and senior relationship managers transaction level support.

Your day-to-day duties include:

- Serving as the client's primary point of contact for any support
- and documentation-related escalations

Support Relationship Managers with ad-hoc questions and other reports. Handling internal documentation.

Manage non-facility customers, inform existing and potential customers of the bank's goods and services, and respond to all customer requests that fall within the scope of your responsibilities.

What we look for:

- Educated to a degree Level
- Banking customer service experience

The following skills are required for the position:

- Knowledge of operations/back-office skills
- Experience with establishing relationships and meeting goals
- Experience managing customer and compliance queries
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of operations/back-office skills
- Ability to prioritise workload and be self-sufficient
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Proficient verbal and written communication abilities
