**What the role involves**:

- Work with the Head of Content, Head of Digital and Senior Data & Market Intelligence Manager and wider team to develop, implement and manage strategic integrated marketing plans
- Work with Head of Digital/Senior Data & Market Intelligence Manager to ensure campaigns target the right opportunities
- Measure ROI on all marketing activities and take appropriate action to improve performance
- Write and promote thought leadership and market commentary materials
- Manage B2C advertising campaigns and promotional activity (both on-line and off-line)
- Lead the management and coordination of the B2C events programme
- Work with the PR team to build high levels of visibility in target markets through strategic PR activity
- Support the automation/digitalisation of recruitment and marketing activities
- Bridge the gap between our thought leadership/campaign materials and the operational/consultant requirements
- Work with the global marketing team to manage visibility of global marketing campaigns in relation to UK activity
- Overseeing global campaign activity with UK brand guardians
- Liaison with marketing colleagues and, where appropriate, external providers on the design, production and distribution of marketing collateral and merchandise
- Conduct and/or manage market research, customer insight and competitor analysis, developing appropriate strategies to address outcomes
- Manage allocated marketing budgets
