A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Tenant Liaison Officer to work within the Asset Team. You will have a key role in supporting the Trust’s asset management strategy by helping us to deliver investment improvements to a wide range of our customers’ homes. You will be the main point of contact for our customers and for internal colleagues, providing information and resolving queries while contractors are delivering efficiency improvement works in customers’ homes.

To succeed you’ll have proven experience and skills demonstrating ability in delivering effective tenant liaison procedures and services. You will also have excellent communication skills and the ability to complete tasks in an accurate and timely manner whilst working under pressure.
