**The Role**

We are looking for a proactive and tenacious **Sales Administrator **to work within our revenue organization globally whilst based out of our Leicester, UK office.

You will report to Mark, our Chief Revenue Officer and will be based in our office in Leicester.

**Your day-to-day**
- Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
- Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
- Liaise with the Sales, Customer Success and Channel teams to assist customer activation and responsibilities assignment
- Maintain and update sales / customer records Communicate important feedback from customers to internal stakeholders

- Proven ability to manage a significant admin workload and prioritise time-sensitive tasks appropriately

**What you bring to the team**
- At least 2 years’ experience in similar administration roles
- Experience within a software business is not required, but is preferable
- Strong business acumen and the ability to become the trusted advisor to your customers Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM and productivity / accounting tools (Microsoft stack, DealHub order processing, Accounts Payable systems)
