**Sales Administrator**

**Contract**:Full Time Permanent

**Hours**:Monday to Friday Office Hours - No evenings, weekends or Bank Holidays and Christmas/New Year Closure

**Salary**: £20,000.00 Per Annum PLUS BONUS (OTE £22,500.00)

**Benefits**:33 days annual leave entitlement inclusive of bank holidays and Free Car Parking

Due to even further growth plans, we are on the search for likeminded individuals to join our successful Sales Admin team in Leicester

**The Job Role / Sales Administrator**:

- Utilises strong IT skills including Microsoft Office Software, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook
- Needs to understand and interpret data, formulating feedback for failed sales contracts having analysed data to establish the root cause of issues and establish an effective course of corrective action to prevent repeat
- An ability to work to tight deadlines, working under pressure to exceed both internal and external expectations
- Able to produce invoicing for both internal and external purposes
- Be the point of contact for supplier-liaison for processing sales contracts and updating/amending pricing functionality. Also, being the central point of contact to answer/resolve basic sales queries
- Attend work as scheduled and follows company absence reporting requirements.

**Essential Requirements / Sales Administrator**:

- Proven ability to recognise internal customers’ needs
- Fantastic attention to detail with 100% accuracy
- Exceptional analytical skills
- Excellent skills in MS Office in specific MS Excel
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrate the ability to adapt in a fast-paced and constantly changing industry
- Ability to pay attention to detail and complete required work accurately
- Team player with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work with / without supervision
- Responds positively to feedback and coaching provided
