As the Resource Planning Coordinator, you'll support a team maximising our resources.The biggest challenge will be ensuring we have the right people, in the right place, at the right time to best serve our customers across installations, repairs and our contact centre.

**This role will report to**:Resource and Planning Manager

We're looking for a Coordinator with experience of working in an administrative team or equivalent. You will have excellent attention to detail and be able to adjust your daily priorities to suit business needs. You will be proactive and a quick learner, able to spot and adjust anomalies and errors and ensure the smooth operation of the teams.

This role will be split between our Exeter and Honiton sites.

**Key skills & Attributes**:

- Key duties and responsibilities will include:

- Support the Resource & Planning Manager with implementation of new technology for planning, including the use, development or procurement of effective workforce management software (WFM) and or other in-house systems/Excel.
- Manage agent and engineer weekly rotas and ensure these are sent to staff in a timely manner.
- Manage the holiday pools, investment times and absence planning
- Ensure appropriate level of training/catch-up hours are available.
- Manage impact from mailings and other marketing campaigns.
- Utilise Activity Based Costing information into short term forecasts.
- Overseeing administrative and dispatch related tasks the team need support with, including:

- Transporting equipment between sites for engineers to collect (this is within Honiton)
- Sorting and scanning equipment onto the system
- Transferring stock on our system to allocate to the correct crew each day
- Creating tickets for failed jobs, when they are customer related
- Allocating jobs to engineers based on location.
- Provide insight into the reason for wasted Engineer visits and suggestions for reducing them.
- Identify and communicate any empty Engineer slots in a timely manner to optimize efficiency of the workforce.
- Look at ways to improve and automate existing processes to reduce costs and reliance on people.
- Excellent people skills.
- Good with written and verbal communication.
- Thrives in a multi-tasking environment and can adjust priorities on-the-fly
- Experience in delivering FTTP services (Desirable)

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Had exposure and experience with Contact Centre Resource Planning. (Desirable)
- Previous experience in Forecasting & Scheduling (Desirable)
- Excellent Excel and Analytical skills.
- High Attention to detail
- Administration experience.
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) skills.
- Previous knowledge of telecommunications and delivering FTTP services would be an asset.
- Experience of working in a fast paced and dynamic team.
- Physically able to do light manual handling tasks
- Must hold a full UK driving license.
