We’re Craft Gin Club - a Sunday Times Fast Track 100 UK startup and the world’s biggest gin subscription service.

Ever since our founders pitched successfully on Dragons’ Den, we’ve been hard at work, scouting the country - and the globe - to find the world's finest small-batch gins. Every month, we send thousands of gin lovers across the country a surprise box packed with craft gins, perfectly paired mixers, foodie treats and our club mag.

Our community of club members is at the heart of what we do, and this role offers the opportunity to play a key role in delivering a first-class customer experience.

We are looking for a new member of our team to work four days a week, to include a Saturday, on a 12 month maternity cover contract, with an option to become permanent. Exact days to be agreed.

The role can be performed remotely, with an option to attend the London office if desired.

Key Responsibilities
- Helping to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Helping with some maintenance of social media channels.
- Assisting with outbound logistics.

**Requirements**:

- Previous customer service experience.
- An understanding of the importance of delighting the customer
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A problem solver.
- Able to work efficiently through high volume work
- Passion for learning more about the drinks industry, in particular craft producers.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and able to work well as part of a small team in a busy environment.
