We are an established contractor services provider, running both a successful Umbrella Company and Limited Company accountancy services for contractors who operate via our recruitment agency partners.

We are currently looking to recruit into our **Customer Care Team for a Sales Administrator.**

**This is an apprenticeship opportunity to study towards your Business Administration Level 3 apprenticeship with Next Level Training.**
- Data entry, inputting new starter information into company CRM
- Speaking to new clients on the phone to discuss services and obtain details for registration
- Processing details in an accurate and timely way
- Working closely with other internal teams to ensure smooth set up of new clients
- Reviewing and processing new starter contracts, and signing contract documents
- Running daily checks for missing information and utilising reporting software
- Speaking to new customers and agency partners to deal with new and on-going queries
- Supporting the rest of the team throughout busy periods or absence
- Producing basic pay examples for workers, based on HMRC tax system
- Opportunity to learn about payroll, and supporting payroll functions by raising invoices, dealing with payment queries and other administrative support tasks

We are looking for someone with a keen eye for detail as this is essential when handling sensitive information in an HR environment. Alongside administrative duties there is a strong focus on customer service within the role.

Desired Experience (but not essential):

- Experience in data entry / data administration
- Phone experience in a customer service-based environment

Employer details:

- Full time position, namely 37.5 hours per week (on the job allowance will be added for apprentices), with 1-hour lunch each day.
- 20 annual leave days + 8 days bank holiday as standard. 1 additional day added for each year of service, up to 25 days + 8 bank holidays
- Friendly team, and potential opportunity to crossover with other areas of the business
- On the job training in our Bristol offices
- After probationary period, there may be an option to move to an office and home working split
- Potential for onward learning via courses, and training in other teams

**No previous experience in finance or accountancy is required. **There is potential over time for this role to develop into a Customer Relationship or Sales Advisor position if suitable.
