To provide administrative support to Community Health Services and the senior Management team. This includes: to work professionally and effectively with senior colleagues, management, and staff employed by the organisation.
- Provide admin support for the senior team, as required.
- To demonstrate excellent communication skills which will contribute and enhance patients experience.
- Making phone calls on behalf of the service to collect feedback from patients.
- Recording patient feedback through our online reporting system.
- Uses office equipment, computer, photocopier, etc., to ensure efficient production of work.

- Answering telephone calls and taking messages accurately and keeping message log as required
- Uses office equipment, computer, photocopier, etc., to ensure efficient production of work
- Ability to manage and prioritise own workload, working autonomously within set guidelines and parameters. Reporting to the office Manager as their line manager who will provide guidance for non-routine or complex matters
- Filing and archiving
- Maintaining all office and medical/clinical supplies, including stock taking, ordering,

rotation and receipting through the procurement system
- Excellent communication skills with patients, carers, team members on a daily basis and communication reflects the trusts values.
