**Senior Early Years Practitioner - Permanent Position (With Welcome Bonus)**

We are seeking a qualified member of staff for a full-time, permanent post, in our busy, happy Hillfoot Nursery in Bearsden.

The nursery is open from 8 am - 6 pm, Monday to Friday. We are looking for applicants to be available between these hours where necessary, contracted to 40 hours per week.

This position offers benefits including pension, career development, regular training and staff incentives - Employee of the Month/Year, Monthly Pizza Day and Birthday Treat.

Previous experience as a Senior Practitioner would be an advantage

We expect the Senior Practitioner to act as a role model for your colleagues so that high standards of professionalism are maintained at all times; be approachable and available to your colleagues at all times

We require a Senior Practitioner who has a professional and motivated approach to maintaining a positive ethos within our nursery and who is a well-organised, confident team player. Good time management and communication skills are also required to support the Manager in her role and duties and have the ability to use your initiative effectively in her absence.

**A pay rate of £11.65 per hour is offered.**

**On completion of successful probationary period, a welcome bonus will be paid.**
