PMO Analyst

**Job Title: PMO Analyst**
**Duration: 4 months contract, extensions likely**
**Location: WFH / Wokingham or Warwick**
**Salary: Competitive**
My client is an international electricity and gas company and one of the largest investor-owned Energy companies in the world.
**About the role**:
We are looking for a PMO Analyst to join our expanding team to drive the PMO activities around planning, plan tracking, and RAID management in a projects and programmes. This position is using a hybrid working model with travel to office for meetings when required(if you prefer to work in the office this is also available)
**Key Accountabilities**:

- Delivery of the service catalogue offered by PMO.
- Build and maintain relationships with Programme Teams leadership, ensuring Customer requirements are met.
- Working collaboratively with central PMO to drive standardisation of process, quality and cost transparency.
- Take accountability of the cadence of programme and project governance
- Support wider Planning, Performance and PMO team for projects and programmes
- Ensure a standard governance process are executed in the projects and programmes
**About you**:

- Proven work experience as a Project Management Officer or similar role
- A strong team player, proven team leadership potential
- Fast learner with ability to adapt to change quickly
- Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Knowledge of MS Project is an advantage
- Knowledge of MS SharePoint is an advantage
- Experience of matrix management of resources
