**Trainee Negotiator, Woking, £14,000 basic plus commission OTE 30K**

As a Trainee Negotiator you will embark on a dynamic career path. Your primary focus will be on assisting in property transactions, negotiations, and client interactions to contribute to the success of our team.

Job description:

- Build positive relationships with clients, understanding their property requirements and preferences.
- Act as a key point of contact, providing timely updates and information on available properties.
- Accompany potential tenants on property viewings, highlighting key features and addressing inquiries.
- Collect and provide feedback to enhance property presentation and marketing strategies.
- Assist in preparing and presenting offers, facilitating smooth negotiation processes.
- Maintain meticulous records of property listings, client interactions, and negotiation details.
- Stay updated on local Lettings market trends, competitor activities, and relevant industry developments.

You will need your own car and full clean UK driving licence. Local knowledge of Woking required.
