Residential support worker needed for a new service opening there first home. At Dyfodol, we aim to help and support children between 6 and 16 and need your help to achieve our goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide support and assistance to children within your care
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, school transport,activities and medication administration
- Support individuals in developing and maintaining independent living skills
- Foster a safe and inclusive environment for individuals to thrive in
- Collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure the well-being of the individuals
- Document and report any changes or concerns regarding the individuals' health or behavior
