**What you’ll be responsible for**:
- Prioritise daily, referring to the Infection Prevention and Control Nursing Team for guidance as necessary.
- Perform clerical duties to include data inputting of mandatory surveillance, word processing, photocopying, ordering of stationery as directed
- Responding to queries by telephone and taking messages, for example, from Clinical areas, outside organisations and members of the public, ensuring the correct information is given to the appropriate person to respond
- Develop and manage databases and maintains a filing system for meeting minutes, records and papers.
The role will involve, but not be limited to you performing the above.

- Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times.
- A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation.
**You’ll have the following qualification/experience**:
- Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal.
- Previous administrative experience.
- Experience of working within a team environment.
- Experience of Microsoft office packages e.g.: Word, Excel
