**About the role and our team**

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and supportive Paediatric Speech and Language Therapist to join our team within Children's Therapy Services on the Isle of Man

You’ll be joining our integrated therapy team consisting of Speech and Language Therapy, Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy. The Speech and Language Therapy team covers the whole island, striving to deliver the best health care to the children that we see.

In this senior role you will focus on assessing, developing and implementing speech and language therapy intervention to children within a specific service area, based on knowledge and experience. Offering opportunity to have a varied caseload and work in a clinic or community setting. Experience or ability to work towards competencies in Dysphagia.

In addition to clinical duties you will also be responsible for the supervision of junior Speech and Language Therapists. You will take a leading role in service development, implementing local or national strategies and working collaboratively with the Team Lead.
