We are offering the opportunity for an experienced Customer Care Co-Ordinator to join our team to achieve our exciting growth plans. The main purpose of the role is to provide our existing customer database with continuous support through both verbal and written communication.
- Duties and responsibilities to include:_
- Leading and monitoring daily activities within a customer relations environment
- Work as part of a team tasked with providing exceptional customer service
- Produce weekly reports and schedules monitoring performance
- Liaising with Commercial department and site based operational services team
- Generating documentation using in-house software, Clixifix.
- Assisting with the review and implementation marketing strategy plans and social media presence.
- Monitor stock control operations and process purchase orders
- Assist with matters relating to the organisations vehicle fleet where required
- General administrative duties such as scanning, filing and photocopying.
- Key skills required:_
- Minimum least 2 years’ experience working as an administrator.
- Self-motivated, forward thinking and commercially aware
- Ability to manage time effectively ensuring deadlines are met
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
- Experience in the construction industry an advantage but not essential as full training will be given.

Monday to Friday with occasional additional hours if required to meet the demands of the organisation

Typical start time between 8am and 9am

Typical finish time between 4pm and 5pm
