We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Personal Assistant to join our dynamic team.

**Personal Assistant - Hybrid or On-site (London or Bristol) - Part-time (32 hours per week over 4 days)**

**About the Role**: This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to join our organization as a Personal Assistant, reporting to the Executive Assistant. You will provide essential support to both our Chairperson and inaugural CEO, assisting with organization, scheduling, project coordination, and correspondence. Your role will play a crucial part in facilitating smooth operations and maintaining effective communication within the senior leadership team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Efficiently manage diaries, prioritizing tasks based on business needs and urgency.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, liaising with other assistants, Board Directors, and the management team across different time zones.
- Take initiative in arranging or highlighting important tasks, meetings, and deadlines.
- Conduct research and prepare meeting agendas, as well as take minutes.
- Serve as a point of contact between the CEO/Chairperson and internal/external stakeholders.
- Provide oversight of projects as required.
- Foster collaboration with clients and business visitors, including those from diverse cultures worldwide.
- Plan and organize international and local travel arrangements and accommodations.
- Provide holiday/absence cover for the Executive Assistant.
- Facilitate media contact, appearances, and social media presence in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Implement and maintain procedures to ensure efficient operations.
- Manage monthly expenses and complete timesheets.
- Organize personal arrangements and meetings.
- Support senior leaders with miscellaneous tasks as needed.

**What are we looking for?**:
Somebody with a proactive and resilient mindset who is able to maintain confidentiality and exhibit attention to detail. You will have excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines and you will be capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.

Possessing strong communication skills and the ability to engage with individuals at all levels, you will have confidence in pushing back when necessary, and a positive and flexible attitude.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 32 per week

**Salary**: £10.00-£18.00 per hour
