**Full Time or 4 days per week would be considered - Permanent - Hybrid Model**

Are you a HR Advisor who wants to develop their skills and get exposure to a challenging and varied caseload? I have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional, who has excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and buildpositive relationships with key stakeholders.

Reporting into the HR Business Partner, this is an excellent opportunity to gain more HR exposure and to develop your HR experience with the continued support and guidance of a highly experienced HR team.

**Key responsibilities of the HR Advisor**:

- Working closely with the operational managers across the organisation and provide them with coaching, support and guidance to enable them to effectively maximise the performance and potential of their staff.
- Provide expert advice and guide managers and their teams through the employee lifecycle, including resourcing and performance management.
- To ensure all managers are following the correct procedures in a fair, reasonable and consistent manner.
- Create, maintain and launch HR policies and processes in an evolving environment.
- Support and deliver formal training to managers to ensure they’re clear about their roles and responsibilities and any changes in legislation.
- Advise and support managers on service improvement reviews or wider organisational change programmes.
- Represent the HR function at local team meetings to ensure that the implementation and communication of change is managed.
- Be able to influence key stakeholders on all levels of the organisation and consistently keeping these positive relationships.
- To promote, adhere to and implement the organisations equality, diversity and inclusion strategy/policy.

**Key requirements for the HR Advisor**:

- To be considered for this role, you must have experience of assisting with ER case management including advising on sickness, absence management, disciplinaries and grievances.
- You must have a good knowledge of HR best practice and a demonstrable understanding of current employment legislation.
- You will be a confident communicator who is able to build positive working relationships with a wide range of colleagues and managers.
- Ability to perform under own initiative and as part of a team and work under pressure and to deadlines.
- Must be able to drive and have your own car.
- My client will also consider part-time at 4 days a week.
