**Job description**

**HR Assistant - People Services**

A new opportunity has arisen within the People Services Department based at Cheshire Constabulary HQ, Winsford working for the HR Advisory Services Team as a HR Assistant.

This role will provide administrative support to the HR Advisors and Business Partners across the HR Advisory Services team ensuring that a full administrative service is delivered, whilst maintaining a high standard of customer service.

The role will be required to record and manage sensitive and confidential information in line with Force policy and GDPR.

It will involve liaising with colleagues across the People Services Team, providing support to other departments through the provision of accurate reporting, data and acting as the first point of contact for queries from internal and external customers.

We are looking to recruit an individual that has excellent IT skills - particularly Excel, who has a can-do attitude, a willingness to learn and a professional customer service focus. Great communication skills and attention to detail are essential.
