**Recruiting a Registered Manager to join a very known and respected organisation that values, motivate and empower team members and every person in care.**

A well-established team will welcome you and you will manage **3 locations with 2 young adults (18-25)** in each who have an **EHCP and a diagnosis of an Autistic Spectrum Condition or Learning Difficulty / Disability**. All 6 service users are walkable location from each other.

You will have the **unique opportunity** to work closely with **Education and Therapies in supporting the young adults in your care as they discover their passions**, sense of identity and develop essential life skills that will allow them to thrive and ultimately lead more independent lives by the time they leaveyour homes.
This role is perfectly suited to an existing **Registered Manager** or experienced deputy manager seeking career progression and the opportunity to be responsible for their own homes. You will be working within a flourishing independent providerwith **excellent employee benefits** and opportunities for personal development, this position will enable you to shape our provisions that that is required by so many young people and adults.

**Your experience must include;**
Promote a positive culture of vigilance in relation to safeguarding as the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL)
Experience of overseeing multiple small homes
Has the necessary qualifications, competence, skills and experience to manage the regulated activity i.e. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Adult Care.
Knowledge and understanding of the CQC framework, including KLoE and pending changes
Have sound understanding of the Care Quality Commission Regulations 2009
Be a creative solution focussed and proactive leader that promotes a person centred approach for all
Be able to work as part of a multidisciplinary team that support the Education, Health and Care needs of each young person and adult
Ability to provide vision, dynamic leadership and direction
Ability to evaluate the home's performance and identify priorities for continuous improvement
Ensure budgetary requirements are achieved
Ability to work effectively within the Governance Team and with other colleagues and professionals to achieve the highest standards
Value the diversity of the community it serves
On-call duties and evening and weekend working may be required
