**Our client is recruiting for additional Recovery Workers.**

Due to the city wide expansion of Living Well Salford, the charity is looking for full time Recovery Workers to join their organisation as part of a Multi-Disciplinary Team.

Salary**: £26,228
**Hours**: Full-time 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday
**Employers Pension Contribution**: 5%
**Holiday Entitlement**: 28 days plus statutory holidays

Living Well is based on a proven model which has been adapted and piloted in Salford before being rolled out across all 5 neighbourhoods in the city. The programme provides a new approach to supporting people with mental health issues which brings togetherpeople from statutory and VCSE settings, including peers with lived experience and is designed to help people to think differently about mental health support.

This is an exciting role which will play an important part in supporting people who are seeking help. As a Recovery Worker you will listen with empathy, understanding and compassion and create space for clients to feel truly heard.

**Key Aspects of the Role**:

- Providing face to face and telephone support to individuals.
- Listening sensitively and recognising people’s strengths and potential.
- Excellent record keeping and confidence when using computer systems and databases so experience here would be essential.
- Empowering people to take control of their own wellbeing.
