**About Our Client**:
The client is a health care charity.
**Key Responsibilities-**
- Greeting patients
- Answering phone calls and dealing with customers
- Informing teams of patients arrival
- Coordinating patients on arrival
- Adding charges on the account
- Preparing labels for patients to come the following day
- Ensuring areas are neat and tidy
**The Successful Applicant**:
- Experience within a Customer service/Admin/Coordinator role
- Confident and able to talk to a range of different customers
- Able to work well within a team and individually
