The Trainee Adviser role will see you join our client's academy programme and be paid to train as a Mortgage Adviser and as such is an exciting opportunity for someone who is interesting studying CeMAP.

The company provide full training, offering support and continued training in developing your career into becoming a Mortgage Advisor.

**Who's right for the job?**
- Desire to complete or currently studying CeMAP.
- Strong track record in generating sales, working in a telephony based role.
- Resilient, positive and a can do attitude.
- Organised and have the ability to manage own workload.
- Proactive and capable of using own initiative.
- Driven to work well within a team and towards targets.
- Ability to build rapport and have an enthusiastic sale approach.
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Professional communication manner, both written and verbally
- Adhere to company procedures and industry regulation

**About the job**:
Key responsibilities of the role will include:

- Completing CeMAP training
- Working with qualified advisors to gain experience in the industry
- Responding to customer enquiries and identifying customer needs (no self-generation)
- Passing clients through to speak to a fully qualified mortgage advisor
- Acting in accordance with regulatory procedure

The starting salary will be £21k per annum, rising to £24k once qualified (usually after around 6 months).

The working hours will include some early and late finishes with 1 Saturday morning per week**.**

This is a **permanent full-time position** with a **start as soon as possible**. This would suit someone who has worked previously in a similar financial services or sales-orientated role for the last 12 months, has strong telephone communication skills and whom has a passion for providing an **excellent customer service.
