**Creative Graphic Designer - Permanent. Based in Purfleet, Essex/hybrid**

**PURPOSE OF THE ROLE**:
**ABOUT THE ROLE**:

- Collaborate and review assets with the Head of Brand on the overall brand design and vision
- Collaborate as required with external creative agencies to ensure adherence to the brand guidelines, building upon these as necessary
- Collaborate with internal colleagues including artworker and digital developers
- Creation of static, video assets, display banners etc for use on social media, external ad platforms and the website
- Creation of assets such as leaflets and point of sale materials
- Creation of assets for internal use such as posters and invitations
- Maintain consistent visual voice across all requested materials
- Oversee workload of one artworker

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Flourishing creative design and copywriting capability
- Graphic design experience within a retail environment would be a preference
- Proficient with design software packages, including a thorough knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign packages) and CSS, HTML, Quark,
Photo & Video Editing Software
- A good understanding of how design works and differs between digital vs print/POS
- Highest standards of accuracy and precision
- Self-starter, ability to work with mínimal supervision in a super-fast-paced environment
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- The ability to meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment
- Interested in social media and brand representation across all channels
- Degree or equivalent in Graphic Design is highly desirable
