**Fulfilment Supervisor**

**£27,000 per annum depending on experience plus annual performance bonus and fantastic benefits**

**40 hours over 4 days, regular weekends and bank holidays requried**

**Our Fulfilment Supervisors**

The Ecommerce Warehouse Supervisor will work within the Ecommerce Warehouse overseeing the day-to-day operation of the Ecommerce fulfilment operation and providing cover for the Warehouse Manager.

Responsibilities will include the smooth day-to-day execution of picking, packing and dispatching of Ecommerce orders, parcel carrier manifesting, goods in checking, system administration, stock counting, manpower planning and all aspects of warehouse operations and performance reporting. This role is critical in maintaining high standards of food safety and warehouse health and safety.

Employing best-practice policies and procedures, the role holder will supervise activities, assign daily tasks, ensure all activities are completed on time and adopt a continuous improvement approach to processes

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and motivate the team to deliver accurate order picking, packed to our high presentation standards that will travel safely within the carrier delivery networks
- Picking, packing and dispatching of orders to Ecommerce customers
- Ensure the daily operational plan is executed to the agreed schedule and completed in full
- Manage the daily allocation of tasks to the team, monitor performance and discuss issues with team members where required
- Ensure issues are identified quickly and solutions put in place or, where required, escalation of more serious incidents to the manager
- Manage detailed goods in checks, capture all relevant information (e.g. best before dates, food safety details, etc.), resolve issues with the internal production teams or communicate issues to the Buyer. This includes driving improvements in goods in check compliance, issue identification and accurate receipt of products into the warehouse and associated IT systems
- Generate the daily manifest files for next day parcel carrier, print labels and match to pick notes
- Ensure order picking accuracy KPIs are achieved and exceeded
- Ensure daily stock checks and cycle counts are completed as scheduled and stock variance KPIs delivered
- Deliver warehouse hygiene standards to required levels, HACCP completion and relevant health and safety checks are all completed and documented daily
- Work with the Inventory Control team to maintain an accurate stock and location record for all warehouse items
- Ensure manpower planning including Fourth HR maintenance is completed daily/weekly
- Adopt a continuous improvement approach to warehouse processes to increase productivity and reduce errors
- Ensure all IT system processes are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Deputise for the Warehouse Manager
- Support the Estate Logistics team as required during periods of high workload or absence

**What we're looking for**
- 1+ years of proven track record experience in warehouse or operations supervision
- Food hygiene experience including allergens
- Proven warehouse IT systems experience
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Proactive with great interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with team members and stakeholders
- Full driving license
