**Job Description**:

Reporting to the Export Control Manager, the Export Control Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support for export compliance, with particular focus on screening end user customers, identifying new orders and requesting/verifying end customer details from third party dealerships and maintaining records and evidence of the screening process. This position is based at our European Divisional Support Centre (EDSC) in Irvine and available for Hybrid working.

Key Responsibilities:

- Using Amber Road software to screen end customers against US, EU & UK sanctions
- Data inputting - Using the dealer issued end customer certificates to populate order database. Archiving certification for future reference.
- Undertaking the screening process within the agreed deadlines, with a focus on high risk destinations. Escalating concerns/queries to line manager for further investigation.
- Review and investigate customers as potential matches with sanction parties
- Producing and filing evidence of the screening steps undertaken.
- Supporting shared mailbox
- Corresponding with approved dealerships throughout EMEA in relation to sales order progression, stock and end customer information
- Maintaining records to evidence the screening process has been undertaken
- Communicating with other departments within the organization to ensure orders are sufficiently progressed

Knowledge Required:

- Proven experience in a support/administrative role preferred. Training to be provided on sanctions and systems
- Attention to detail and good analytical skills required
- Willingness to perform substantial task repetition
- Good Excel skills required
- Ability to communicate effectively throughout the organization and with global customers
- Good organisational and time keeping skills
