As part of the document control team you will work to ensure the control of all project documents, including creation, retention, and revision control is compliant with our processes and procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the Senior Document Control with delegated duties.
  • Carry out routine document control activities, including document review, query handling, management of transmittals, copying, scanning and library management.
  • Provide support with regard to document numbering, the application of metadata, and ability to work with Document Management Systems (DMS).
  • Follow the company document control procedures.
  • Management and tracking of vendor documentation.
  • Assist with general office administration duties as required and provide general office support

Skills and Experience

  • 2+ Years in a Document management role
  • Awareness of Document Management Systems (DMS) beneficial but not essential
  • Good communication skills
  • Competent with MS office computer applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint.
