**LEGAL SECRETARY - FAMILY LAW**

**BRIGHTON**

**SALARY £20,000 - £25,000 D.O.E**

Our well-established client is looking to employ a Legal Secretary to support all aspects of the Legal teams within their Family Department. Experience within the Legal Sector is ideal but not essential.

**Duties will include**:

- Assisting with a range of matters to include divorce, separation, children, pre-nuptial agreements and collaborative law Managing client enquiries effectively
- Audio typing from digital dictation
- Preparing Court documentation and collating
- Court bundles
- Drafting documentation from precedents
- Diary management to include making appointments and arranging meetings
- Previous Secretary experience is essential
- Family law experience desirable but not essential
- Fast typing and accurate typing speeds
- Strong and efficient secretarial and admin skills
- High level of attention to detail
- A positive and flexible approach
- IT literate - Microsoft Word Excel / Outlook / Digital Audio software / Case Management
- Friendly & professional attitude
