**About the role**

As a Microsoft Gold Partner, Aspire ensures continuous learning and development for our colleagues to make sure we maintain our expertise. The Digital Champion will design and deliver an Aspire Microsoft Academy (365, Azure, platforms, security & device management) to accelerate how we train and develop talent. You will take ownership of the design, development and execution of the Microsoft Academy to ensure our people’s measurable success.

In addition to the internal development responsibilities, the Digital Champion will also empower our clients to make the most out of their Microsoft 365 Productivity Suite through adoption solutions to ensure workforce success and return on investment from Aspire’s products and services.

**Responsibilities**

The Digital Champion will be responsible for:
**Our people (Microsoft Azure, platforms, security & device management)**:

- Effectively implement an in-house Microsoft Academy that enables our people to develop at all levels and establish career paths.
- Translating desired outcomes into engaging learning experiences.
- Ensure communication and understanding to create a joined-up approach with our other academies/L&D initiatives.
- Delivering training on-site or via Teams to Aspire colleagues.
- Creation of e-learning modules where required.
- Collecting and reporting on training feedback.

**Our clients (Microsoft 365)**:

- Play a learning advisory role to clients and internal teams, understanding the needs of the client and making recommendations on training to support learning outcomes.
- End-to-end learning design and content development - including course design documents, learner guides, assessments and any other relevant materials.
- Creation of bite-sized videos covering all the tasks users would need to know to work efficiently and successfully with Microsoft 365.
- Deliver training workshops nationally to clients both onsite at their location, Aspire HQ and via Teams to aid 365 adoption.

**Knowledge, skills and experience required**
- Experience working in a training/L&D and technology environment, developing solutions and implementing effective training strategies.
- Microsoft enthusiast and passion for sharing expertise.
- Background in developing and delivering Microsoft training solutions (365, Azure, platforms, security & device management).
- A commercial approach to measuring performance, efficacy and ROI within the development space.
- Experience working with clients and maintaining constructive client relationships.
- Experience in managing and creating content for Learning Management Systems (desirable).

**Qualifications**
- Microsoft Certified - Microsoft Certified Educator is essential.
- Recognised training / L&D qualification to level 5 or equivalent experience.

**Reporting Lines**

This role reports to the Head of HR.

**Salary**

£40,000 to £70,000 per annum (depending on experience)

**Location and Working Arrangements**

The position offered is based out of Aspire’s Gateshead Head Office. However, you will be required to work at customer locations throughout the UK.

**Hours of Work**

37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday with usual working hours covering 10:00 - 18:00
