Are you a qualified and registered Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner looking to work within Talking Therapies in a Hybrid home/office role? If so, come and join our CQC rated ‘outstanding’ Trust as part of our highly successful IAPT Talking Therapies service, read on to find out more.

You will join one of our friendly teams providing high volume low intensity interventions using cognitive behavioural therapy for mild to moderate anxiety and depression. We were one of the first IAPT services to launch in England back in 2008. Being in this first wave has allowed us to become very well established and benefit from years of innovation at the forefront of IAPT research and developments - and building strong links with our local communities. We are an IAPT service that leads on innovation, boasting a new preceptorship programme for our staff, allowing them to have a clear progression plan and develop their career with us.

**Work bases**:
We cover six localities across the county with our central hubs inBracknellandReading.
- Providing high volume low intensity interventions using cognitive behavioural therapy for mild to moderate anxiety and depression
- Opportunities to support those with long term health conditions and those with employment issues alongside our fantastic employment support team
- Opportunities to support a diverse population of patients
- Facilitating group sessions
- Yearly training opportunities -for example working with long term health conditions. We recently were able to offer four of our qualified PWPs the opportunity to get involved with a brand-new social anxiety training programme
- Opportunities to support new staff members and provide supervision. Every year we are lucky to be able to offer supervisor training to qualified PWPs alongside Reading University.

Working pattern + service operating hours

The service house are 8am-8pm Monday-Thursday, 8am-5pm Friday.

You will generally work 8-4pm most days except 2 days where you will be required to work a ‘late shift’ which would be 12-8pm. You may be required to cover groups on one of your late shifts as and when required by the service.

**The 3 “must haves” for you to be considered for this role**:

- Post graduate certificate in evidence based psychological treatments (IAPT pathways)
- PWP Registration as a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner with the BABCP or BPS
- Willing to work two 12-8pm shifts per week (the rest either 8-4pm or 9-5pm, no late shifts on Fridays)
