**Duties**:

- Set up event bars ensuring all materials, equipment & stock are set for the event ahead.
- Greet geusts in a warm and welcoming manor
- Process payments efficently & precisely ensuring the correct items are charged.
- Upsell in a friendly manor on all transactions
- Provide support to bartenders and events team with duties such as re-stocking, movement of stock, repleneshing fruit & ice.
- Assist with post-event activities such as breaking down the event space, derig and clean down.
- Have a can do, go getter attitude, be positive, friendly and approachable above all else
- Be professional and extremley hard working
- Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is welcomed, but not essential
- Be organised, smart & able to remain calm. Work under pressure in a busy environment.
- Be a natural at interacting with guests and easily upsell products to enhance the event experience for guests
- Posses strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to confidently interact with clients, vendors, and attendees

Pay Rate is a starting rate And will increase with expereince

**Job Types**: Freelance, Zero hours contract

**Salary**: From £11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Birmingham (required)
