This is a great role for a colleague who is passionate about delivering great customer and business outcomes through strong data-led capabilities.
Customer data is at the heart of both the transformation programme and long-term business strategies - having high quality customer data that is mastered centrally enables the delivery of exceptional customer experiences and business outcomes across Aviva.
A bit about the job:
This role requires a strong data and change practitioner who has a proven track record in delivering a new data product and/or data led capabilities, as well as the ability to partner with a wide range of stakeholders to optimise business value.
Duties & responsibilities:
- Proactively maintain a product backlog that aligns to strong customer and data principles as well as strategies and projects across the Aviva group.- Partner with our business and technology stakeholders to support decisions on priorities that lead to efficient deliveries that maximise value.- Provide day-to-day oversight and support to project and persistent teams to remove blockers and assure timely velocity.- Anticipate sub-optimal deliverables that require thought leadership, actions plans and/or recommendations to ensure the right outcomes.Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Data literacy and experience in delivering data change that is used across a wide eco-system.- Hands-on delivery of change through multi-functional teams.- The ability to achieve clarity of thought and well-defined requirements/actions amongst challenging problems and opportunities.- Excellent communications skills, with the ability to influence and partner with business and technology stakeholders alike to achieve the right outcomes.What you’ll get for this role:
