How you'll make a difference
As a Senior Product Owner, you'll be responsible for the product direction for 2 Feature Teams. You'll prioritise IT Enablement related initiatives and liaise with the Led Product Owner and business sponsor to deliver, upgrade, enhance and optimise our IT Enablement systems which underpin the bank. You'll ensure consideration is given to service stability, improvements and risk remediation to ensure the bank provides value add service to our customers with a firm view on currency, risk and value.
This role will make a difference by supporting our IT service objectives and strategy, delivering value incrementally in an agile and iterative manner and ensuring products meet customer expectations to achieve TSBs core outcomes.

What you'll bring
• A good understanding of core banking infrastructure and technology, data centres and the various products there in.
• Strong leadership and team-building capabilities, with the ability to promote a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Proven communication and stakeholder management experience at all levels.
• Ability to collaborate, engage and manage stakeholders, team members and product owners both within and out-with the infrastructure areas
• Strong influencing skills - the ability to explain to various senior executives and partners why you're prioritising one initiative over another (using evidence and data to back up your decision-making process).
• Ability to manage the infrastructure product backlog and providing clear priorities to the delivery team
