As Senior Governance Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring that internal policies provide the business with the correct level of governance, reporting on policy adherence, and making process change recommendations to help the business meet its commercialobjectives.

Here's a taste of what you'll be doing as the Senior Governance Analyst

Creating internal policy documents for use across the retail business. - Gathering data on internal policy compliance, creating reports, and providing regular feedback to management. - Documenting processes, identifying commercial risk within processes, and making recommendations to mitigate risk factors. - Assisting internal teams with governance related queries and ensuring that policies are understood and adopted. - Perform commercial decision tree mapping to ensure that the best possible commercial outcomes are achieved across multiple functions and processes. - Promote a continuous improvement culture and educate the wider business on making commercial improvements. - Build effective inter-departmental working relationships, be flexible, and a strong team player, as the role will develop over time.

We are looking for the following to be successful as the Senior Governance Analyst

A minimum of 2 years' experience in the energy industry, in a governance, risk, or commercial role - Good numerical and analytical skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Excellent stakeholder management skills - Strong computer proficiency
- Self-motivated with an ability to work independently
