**Responsibilities**:
Conduct thorough utility surveys using advanced surveying equipment and techniques.

Identify and accurately map the location of underground utilities, including water, gas, electricity, and telecommunication lines.

Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to ensure the accuracy of utility information and to mitigate potential conflicts during construction phases.

Utilize survey data to create detailed reports and maps for clients, highlighting potential risks and suggesting solutions.

Stay up-to-date on industry standards, regulations, and technological advancements to enhance surveying methodologies.

Effectively communicate findings to internal teams, clients, and other stakeholders.

Prepare and maintain survey equipment, ensuring proper calibration and functionality.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or related field.

Proven experience as a Utility Surveyor, with a strong understanding of surveying principles and practices.

Proficiency in using surveying equipment such as Total Stations, GPS, and Ground Penetrating Radar.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with acute attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to travel extensively, with the ability to work away from home for extended periods (50% of the time).

Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
