Video Content Creator - Social Media

Are you a video creator & editor with a love for social media? We need you to enhance our global social media team.

What you'll do

You will be responsible for filming and editing video content for social distribution in order to support multiple markets social media agenda’s around the world within the central team. You will be a key member of the Social Media Team, and will produce engaging social media content, acquisition and customer marketing assets and experiences, across many channels. You must be skilled in videography, editing, and social media.
- Create video and animated content to brand guidelines
- Suggest creative treatments and approaches to help create engaging social media content
- Organize and produce video/film shoots, professionally done with cameras and phone shoots for TikTok/Instagram Reels
- Experienced in filming and lighting
- Use Premiere Pro & After Effects to create financial market storylines through animation or live video
- Deliver compelling, intelligent social media videos on tight deadlines
- Ensuring that all creative adheres to brand guidelines and design best practices
- Craft audio & music (if-needed) to enhance video
- Adapt, support and localize video content for our local marketing offices around the globe

Who you are

You are a natural ideator and communicator who delights in problem-solving and pushing creative as far as it can go.
- A digital creative with excellent conceptual ability, video skills and attention to detail
- A passion for social media, and storytelling
- Strong Premiere Pro and After Effects skills with experience in creating compelling social media content
- Experience utilizing mobile app products to create quality videos on-the-go for social media platforms
- Proven track record in organizing, setting-up and producing video shoots, specifically for social media
- Filming with FS7 and A7S cameras, as well as using mobile devices (iPhone, etc)
- Bursting with creative video ideas and to bring a fresh approach to financial content on social media
- Excellent attention to detail and able to take responsibility for entire projects
- Qualifications_:

- Degree or diploma in design, branding or the creative arts
- Knowledge of Workfront/Chase (or similar), Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop) and Microsoft Office products

Where you'll work

You will be based in London, with the flexibility to work from home 3 days a week. You will be part of the global marketing team who directly support local marketing teams across the globe. You'll partnering especially closely our analysts, social media marketing managers, and IGTV team to create content that is timely.

We will provide you with the technology and software required to operate remotely and engage safely beyond borders. Our office is a very friendly, modern space and security is a must. All areas follow the COVID guidelines required, from air ventilation, sanitizer to temperature monitoring. We also have a designated marketing hub area to keep a close family environment for those days we are in the office.
