**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and create engaging content for various platforms.
- Collaborate with our marketing and teams to produce high-quality multimedia content, including graphics, videos, and animations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and tools to continuously improve and innovate our content strategy.
- Manage and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely delivery of content.
- Analyze content performance and use data-driven insights to refine and optimize future content.
- Engage with our audience on social media platforms, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and create content that aligns with their brand and goals.

**What You Will Be Working On**:

- **InRetail**: Dive deep into some of the most amazing stores, highlighting their retail strategies, and top products, and conducting interviews with staff and customers.
- **On the High Street**: Capture authentic customer opinions and experiences.
- **Walking with **: Create short videos featuring industry icons, sharing their insights and stories.
- **Behind the Scenes with **:Visit HQs and offer exclusive behind-the-scenes looks.
- **Brands that Slay**:Feature beloved brands and explore what makes them stand out.
- **Events Coverage**: Report on our numerous, high-impact events.
- **The Coffee Shop**: Engage with our Expert Panel through casual, informative meetings.
- **New Store Openings**: Provide first-look coverage of new retail spaces.

**Who You Are**:

- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter, or similar role.
- Excellent writing, communication, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms.
- Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

**Travel**:
Must be willing and able to travel as needed to capture the essence of retail stories.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
