**We are looking for a Room Leader to Manager the Toddler Room**

At the Pleiadean Group we are excited to be working with one of the outstanding and well managed Private Day Nurseries based in Vauxhall, Lambeth.

We are looking for an experienced Nursery Room Leader who will be able to bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Nursery and help us to continue to offer an excellent service to our parents and children

For this role we are looking for an experienced Nursery Room leader who has prior experience of manging a 30+ sized setting for a minimum of 12 months. We are looking for someone who has excellent people skills and is able to demonstrate excellent staff management skills

The Nursery is located in Vauxhall and is set in a large, house in a lovely residential area. We have our own garden and so offer a brilliant outdoor environment as well as our spacious, well-equipped and excellently resourced rooms inside. There is some on-street parking making it easy to drop off or collect at any time of day, making this a convenient solution for anyone looking for a nursery in Vauxhall or the surrounding area.
- Have level 3 qualification and experience of working with children and the team.
- A higher level of childcare qualifications would be desirable - ie BA Hons
- Excellent people management skills
- A minimum of 12 months working within a 30+ place setting
- Ability to manage a high number of staff members
- An ability to manage recruitment levels would be highly advantageous
- Excellent Knowledge of the EYFS

What do we offer?
- You will be working along with a team of other staff members working 4 full days and 1 non working day a week, or you can work 5 days a week depending on your circumstances
- Start at 7:45 and get ready for the children at 8 and children are picked up by 6pm
- A generous salary package with potential additional increases as your time within the company increases.

Pay: Up to £32,000.00 per year
