**Equans is looking for a Facilities Assistant to join our team in Colbolt Square SW8 1SU, on a permanent basis. This is a Full-time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competative salary.**

**Shift Pattern**:
**What will you deliver?**:

- ** Collate, sort and distribute mail; process outgoing mail**:

- **Record incoming and outgoing special delivery items, including exhibits and valuables**:

- **Set up conference/meeting rooms**:

- **Amend meeting room layouts and provide a porterage service**:

- **To move items between and/or within buildings e.g. furniture, boxes**:

- **Support logistics activities, such as franking mail, cover duties, dealing with telephone enquiries**
