Office Manager

The role requires someone who is flexible, adaptable and happy able to multitask as you’ll be kept busy juggling a varied workload.
Reporting directly to the SVP, your primary role is Office Manager proving administrative Support to the wider Business. Working from our serviced offices close to Richmond town centre, you will be the 'go to’ person’ working closely with our central Facilities,IT and HR teams to ensure the office functions effectively and supports the business in its day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Taking full responsibility for the day to day running of the office
- Oversee and maintain office efficiency and office appearance
- coordinating all facilities requirements, including health and safety, office security and purchasing of office supplies
- Provide direct administrative support as needed, including scheduling meetings, booking of meeting rooms, minute taking, booking travel, organising couriers and post.
- Assisting the marketing team with ordering of merchandise
- Personal assistance for the VP and senior management team as required
- Working with the team to organise social events
- Helping to organise internal company events and working with HR to promote charity and D&I events throughout the year
Key Attributes & Skills
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
- You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be confident dealing with individuals at all levels with sensitivity, tact, and diplomacy
- Attention to detail, excellent coordination, time management and organisational skills
- Experience in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and Teams
- The ability to be proactive and work independently.
- A willingness to take on new tasks and make improvements
