**Fleet Leasing Consultant Role**

Due to exceptional growth since launching in June 2021, we are offering an incredible opportunity to join the team based out of our idyllic lakeside, and conveniently placed office in Cheadle, Stockport. This is an office based role but may require travelling to meet your clients, so a driving licence and vehicle are essential.

The purpose of the Fleet Leasing Consultant role is to prospect, nurture, and work closely with vehicle fleets of 25+ vehicles and drive our penetration in this market. You will work closely with the Fleet Director to ensure you are delivering a joined up consultative conversation and utilising our market leading tools which lend themselves to delivering a first-class service to our existing and new clients. You will work with both our internal and external marketing partners to drive the growth of your client portfolio and deliver high quality customer experiences at all times. It is important that you have the right skills, experience and knowledge to be able to perform to the best of your ability, but we also want our team to possess the right attitude and values. As a member of the Vavoom team you will be working within a high growth business spanning the automotive, financial, technological and energy sectors as we head towards full car and van electrification over the next decade and the larger objectives of net zero 2050 and the energy revolution.

With decarbonisation a key focus for our industry, you will need to be competent when discussing one of our key products, Salary Sacrifice, however training will be provided on our unique offering. You will conduct driver consultations and manage company car and salary sacrifice schemes to ensure success and you will explain their vehicle entitlement/choices and help them select the right vehicle and package in line with their needs and their specific scheme or programme.

**Key responsibilities and skills of the role will include**:

- Dealing with inbound enquiries regarding new vehicle leasing for fleets with 25+ vehicles for both cars and vans
- Strategically build your sales pipeline with customers - from lead through to delivery and deliver sales in line with KPIs
- Deliver your own business development opportunities
- Work with pricing to develop procurement strategies based on vehicles your client portfolio require and any you identify that will benefit the wider business
- Planning and forecasting your pipeline is crucial as well as closely managing your renewals
- Negotiate leasing rates with clients
- Be able to add value by identifying requirements for additional vehicles
- Preparation and presentation of leasing quotations using our whole life cost methodology
- Be able to articulate the various funding methods as well as deliver a comprehensive recommendation to your clients
- Be able to present at Board level
- Work with our admin team to prepare client packs and documentation
- Keep your finger on the pulse with market changes and be able to talk about key matters with clients
- Understand key benefits of Salary Sacrifice and deliver client presentations to drive success
